How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Good Voice hearing device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked. 

The 30-day period begins when your order is delivered and expires on the 31st day.

Exclusions for the Warranty:

  • The device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.
How does the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty work?

Your Good Voice hearing device is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we’ll repair or replace the device at no cost.

The 1-year warranty begins on the delivery date and remains valid for 365 days. Please note that the warranty applies only to the first order and does not reset with a replacement device.

Exclusions for the Warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including battery depletion over time.
  • Loss or theft of the device.
  • Issues caused by improper storage or handling.

Once we verify your request, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so you can proceed with your return or exchange.

Processing & Refunds

- Exchanges: Processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds: Processed within 3–7 business days.
- U.S. Returns: No shipping fees.
- International Returns: Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
