Battery life depends on volume settings—higher volumes and Bluetooth streaming will drain the battery faster. However, the current design is optimized for all-day use.

Both the controller and earphones take about 2 hours to fully charge.

The package includes a dual charging cable that allows you to charge both the controller and earphones simultaneously.

This device does not support fast charging. Please use the included charging accessories to ensure the best performance.

Good Voice hearing devices come with a specially selected wired earphone for backup use when the wireless earphones run out of battery.

When using Bluetooth for calls or media streaming, volume is controlled by your phone.

• Check if your phone is muted.
• Adjust the volume directly from your phone.
• For media streaming, press the Stream Button (🎵) on the controller. Once the 🎵 symbol appears on the screen, sound will switch to the streaming mode.

The controller also includes simple control buttons, so you can easily adjust settings without needing a complex mobile app. This makes Good Voice hearing devices more intuitive and convenient to use.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Good Voice hearing device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked. 

The 30-day period begins when your order is delivered and expires on the 31st day.

Exclusions for the Warranty:

• The device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Your Good Voice hearing device is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we’ll repair or replace the device at no cost.

The 1-year warranty begins on the delivery date and remains valid for 365 days. Please note that the warranty applies only to the first order and does not reset with a replacement device.

Exclusions for the Warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear, including battery depletion over time.
• Loss or theft of the device.
• Issues caused by improper storage or handling.
