Week 2

Becoming Familiar with Device Functions

Extending the Ear: When watching TV, place the controller near the TV’s audio source and adjust the left/right volume to a comfortable level. During meals, place the controller on the table or closer to the speaker to easily engage in conversations.
Bluetooth Streaming Feature: Pair the controller with a smartphone via Bluetooth and practice making phone or video calls with distant family members. Start using the controller for streaming videos and movies.

Week 3

Adjusting to Noisy Environments

Practicing in Noisy Places: Begin using the hearing aid in loud environments, such as restaurants or shopping centers. To hear conversations more clearly, habitually move the controller closer to the speaker.

Can I use other bluetooth earphones with Good Voice hearing devices?

No, Good Voice hearing device uses a specialized hearing aid Bluetooth module that is not compatible with regular Bluetooth earphones.

Additionally, standard earphones have lower volume output and cannot provide the necessary sound amplification for hearing assistance.

Do Good Voice hearing devices require Wi-Fi?

No Wi-Fi setup, no extra bills. Everything is taken care of so your loved one can use their hearing devices frustration-free.

How long does the battery last?

Controller: Provides 10-12 hours of continuous use on a full charge.
Wireless Earphones: Last 6 hours per charge, with up to 15 hours total when using the charging case.

Battery life depends on volume settings—higher volumes and Bluetooth streaming will drain the battery faster. However, the current design is optimized for all-day use.

How long does it take to charge? Does it support fast charging?

Both the controller and earphones take about 2 hours to fully charge.

The package includes a dual charging cable that allows you to charge both the controller and earphones simultaneously.

Why does the package include both wireless and wired earphones?

Good Voice hearing devices come with a specially selected wired earphone for backup use when the wireless earphones run out of battery.

💡 Tip: If you're on a Bluetooth call and want family members to listen in, just plug the wired earphones into the controller, and they can hear the conversation too!

Why can’t I hear any sound on calls or YouTube?

When using Bluetooth for calls or media streaming, volume is controlled by your phone.

Check if your phone is muted.
Adjust the volume directly from your phone.
For media streaming, press the Stream Button (🎵) on the controller. Once the 🎵 symbol appears on the screen, sound will switch to the streaming mode.

Why do I need both a controller and earphones? Isn’t that inconvenient?

Traditional hearing aids have both the microphone and speaker built into a small earpiece. Since these components are close together, the sound from the speaker can loop back into the microphone, creating an annoying whistling noise (feedback).
